I am giving farewell to Tongatapu Island and am heading for E`ua Island. It feels like paradise here, but for the slow internet. I will upload the photos from Australia. I hope the weather up there is not bad, or I shall feel your envy :-)

I am still down with writing, despite sitting here in Auckland in front of the monitor for two days. Hope you can do with pictures only again, there are scores of them. I did not see much of the Northern Island since I am moving like a sloth. I walk fast in the mountains, but get stuck in the towns. I toured Ngauruhoe and Ruapehu in just five days but then I stayed in Taupu. Five days too. I did almost nothing. Except for eating, drinking wine and browsing the net {plus necessary shopping}. Now I am in Auckland and in the evening I am going to the airport, where I am going to spend my last NZ night. I celebrated the leave with a bottle of wine yesterday, so I can leave in peace. Next stop - Tonga. A small taste for those interested in Tonga. I am going to spend a fortune there.
P.S.: Some little plan changes showed up in my head, no more to Canada, a month is not enough. It should be Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Macao, Hong Kong, London, Prague and the Berounka river. I have no air tickets now, so see what happens. I may be lucky to get a bargain on Hong Kong - Krasov line.
I was climbing hills for a while but now got stuck in Wanganui for 3 nights. I broke the shopping world record yesterday, spending almost the whole afternoon in a supermarket. I dare not write how many hours, `cause it makes me nauseated. I am trying to eat up all that stuff today. I am having a bit of a trouble with Australian embassy for my transit visa. I hope to fix it today. Then I am heading towards Mordor and Mt. Doom. See The Lord of the Rings to learn more. There is a dark ugly mountain in there and by accident it is also here in New Zealand. I will be wandering around it for a week.
The end of my stay in the Southern Island is drawing near. `morrow morning I`m flying to Wellington.

I am in Invercargill and heading to Stewart Island for two weeks. Have a look at the pictures in photogallery.
I survived the Bungee jump. As well as about 200 other jumpers of that day. I was kinda scared but I jumped. I was supposed to touch the water {to the waist} but the rope length was somehow miscalculated. But better than a loo long rope, isn`t it? So finally I am off Queeenstown. It is packed with teen backpackers, partying and drinking in the streets. Not my line.
Update: I managed to pinch my jump pics from the web. Yes, it is me {I need a shave} Click on “Continue reading” and then the individual pictures.
