After the Topslip jungle I was to encounter the media jungle. I was trying not to get lost in the wide choice of Indian tv channels for a whole afternoon, evening and night. I got a decent room with “thirteen channels of shit on the TV to choose from”(Pink Floyd-Nobody Home, The Wall). I was saved by Mr Murugan`s temple from a total braiwash. Great food and fruit from street vendors helped too.

5 days at Prem`s - a friend of school in Namakkalu. To explain: In 2004, 31 West Bohemia University students went to India, of course including me. Karnal = Prem was with us most of the time, he even treated us a dinner at his place. He was patiently explaining everything to us and was really kind to us. He empathicaly survived our western manners, with much more calm than we accepted the Indian ones.

I did not stay long in the forest. First, nowhere to stay.So I called my friends in Chennai. It took some time, but I was rewarded by an upgrade to V.I.P. I was not to worry. Just go to Top Slip. The names {I had read them from a paper} rang a bell somewhere.:-}
I`ve been very lazy over the past few days but now I want to see something new and it will be Indira Gandhi National Park.
Well, I have done some work in past few days. I stayed with Dr. MPC in Amrita Deemed University and walked around a little bit. And I changed few things on this blog. And wrote few emails. And played with my new mobile phone ;-) And ate a lot. Not a bad week.
