Proper customs check in Darwin

I was throughly inspected at the Australian border, but let in in the end. The most serious problem for them is the way I fund my travels. I was forced to admit that I am not financed by drug gang bosses. I was rather nervous as they had too many questions. Although I was telling the truth, it was uncomfortable. Now it is over and I can thrust myself to the scorching desert. I am off to get a lift. From Darwin probably to Townsville along the East coast. There are just a few towns on the way, so I will be available only on my cell phone +61/449796795, if signal alows.

From Darwin to Alice Springs

IMG_4483 It is roughly 1 500 km from Darwin to Alice Springs. Hitchhiking is ok though, it took me about a week. However,I did not rush too much and I stopped at Katherine Gorge, for instance. See the first video blog from the Kate`s gorge.
